Referral received from a medical professional and registered. You will be contacted by telephone to arrange your first appointment.
First appointment approximately 6 weeks after referral. 90 minute appointment, socket still healing so not ready for impression. Temporary half sphere fitted with close match to existing eye.
Molding appointment 8 weeks after new case. Two hour appointment during which socket impression taken with colour accurate digital images obtained of iris and sclera.
30 minute fitting appointment & advice provided for aftercare approximately six weeks after molding.
You will be recalled for 15 minute check up appointments after 12 months. You can contact the service by telephone or email.
